PRODUCTS DETAILS

The electrode is mainly made of lead and its oxides, and the electrolyte is a type of battery in sulfuric acid solution. In the discharge state, the main component of the positive electrode is Lead dioxide, and the main component of the negative electrode is lead; In charging state. It is divided into exhaust type batteries and maintenance free lead-acid batteries. The battery mainly consists of a tubular positive electrode plate, negative electrode plate, electrolyte, separator, battery slot, battery cover, pole, and liquid injection cover. The electrodes of an exhaust battery are composed of lead and lead oxides, and the electrolyte is an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid. The main advantages are stable voltage and cheap price; The disadvantages are low specific energy (i.e. the energy stored per kilogram of battery), short service life, and frequent daily maintenance. Older ordinary batteries generally have a lifespan of about 2 years and require regular checks of the electrolyte height and the addition of distilled water. However, with the development of science and technology, the life of Lead–acid battery has become longer and its maintenance is simpler. The most obvious feature of Lead–acid battery is that there is a plastic sealing cover that can be unscrewed on the top, and there are air holes on it. These injection caps are used for filling pure water, checking electrolyte, and discharging gases. Theoretically, Lead–acid battery needs to check the density and liquid level of electrolyte during each maintenance, and add distilled water if there is any shortage. However, with the upgrading of battery manufacturing technology, Lead–acid battery have developed into lead-acid maintenance free batteries and gel maintenance free batteries. There is no need to add electrolyte or distilled water in the use of Lead–acid battery. It is mainly to use the positive electrode to generate oxygen, which can be absorbed at the negative electrode to achieve Oxygen cycle, and can prevent moisture reduction. Lead acid water batteries are mostly used in tractors, tricycles, car starting, etc., while maintenance free Lead–acid battery are more widely used, including uninterruptible power supplies, electric vehicle power, electric bicycle batteries, etc. Lead–acid battery can be divided into constant current discharge (such as uninterruptible power supply) and instantaneous discharge (such as automobile starting battery) according to application requirements.1. Safety sealing During normal operation, the electrolyte will not leak from the battery terminals or casing. 2. No free acids A special suction partition keeps the acid inside, and there is no free acid inside the battery, so the battery can be placed in any position. 3. Air release system After the internal pressure of the battery exceeds the normal level, the battery will release excess gas and automatically reseal to ensure that there is no excess gas inside the battery. 4. Easy maintenance Due to the unique gas recombination system that converts the generated gas into water, there is no need to add water during the use of the battery. 5. Long service life The lead-calcium alloy fence with anti-corrosion structure is adopted, and the battery can be used for floating charging for 10-15 years. 6.
